Mahjong Mats

All mahjong mats are made to order just for you. Because of their custom nature, mats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Should your mat arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include: Your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. 

We’ll review everything promptly and work with you on the best solution.

All Other Products

All non-mat items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused,  in original condition and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
