What kind of image should I upload?
Upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet or another subject you’d like featured on your mat. Choose a well-lit image with the subject in focus, and use the original file rather than a screenshot for the best print quality.
What happens after I add my customization details?
Fill out the form, then click “Add to Cart” to include your customization details with your order. Once you complete checkout, Laurie will follow up by email to work through the details with you before your mat goes to print.
Can every mat be customized?
Our customizable mats have a request form on their product pages. If you’re looking at a standard mat, use its personalization email link to ask about possible changes. Options vary by design, like adding initials or a monogram, updating colors, or adding mahjong instructions.
