Wipe your mahjong mat with a soft cloth dampened with water. Avoid machine washing, abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, and prolonged sun exposure.
Store your mat rolled to help prevent creases, and keep it in its included bag between games. For an extra storage option, our clear Bestie Bag holds up to two rolled mats, up to 33.5 inches wide, with a zippered closure and reinforced handle for carrying or hanging.
Shipping & Returns
Your mat is printed to order in the USA and will ship within 1–3 weeks. All mats ship rolled with a carry bag, except travel mats.

All mahjong mats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If yours arrives damaged, email laurie@letsbebesties.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the mat and packaging. For any other issue, please reach out so we can help.
